I love my poofy hair!
How to:
First, I straightened my hair.
Next, separate a portion of your hair in the front of your head, using your thumb and your index finger - pull it back and pin it with a little poof to it.
Pull the rest of your hair back into an elastic band in the middle of the back of your head.
Pull your hair through the elastic band twice, holding it tight on your third time around, double up your hair - so that your elastic band is between two sections of your hair.
Wrap the remaining hair around the elastic band to cover it.
Pin with large hairpins on each side of your poofy bun.
You may have questions, so just ask! I'll give you more details if you need them. =)

This style has become one of my favorites. It can be casual or dressy.
Take a portion of your hair, separate it and pin it back in the middle of your head with hairpins. Gather the remaining hair in an elastic, wrap it around the elastic band to form a bun, then hold in place with hairpins and a squirt of Loreal' Paris Ultra-Fine Spray.
The Olive Oyl

A good friend once told me that my hair looked like Olive Oyl's hair...maybe she is not such a good friend afterall!
How to:
- Pull hair from the front of your head into a small poof - using your index finger and your thumb to determine the width of the poof.
- Use a hairpin to hold the poof in place.
- Comb the rest of your hair back into a rubber band near your neck and on the side. (I usually prefer the right side of my head, below my ear for my bun.)
- Wrap your hair around the rubber band into a small bun and use hairpins to hold it in place.
